Authors’ Duties

Reporting Standards
Authors must present original and accurate work with clear research objectives that contribute significantly to society both academically and practically. All data should be described appropriately, and references must be cited properly using appropriate citation tools. Failure to cite properly is considered unethical and unacceptable.

Data Access and Retention
The editorial team may request raw data to verify research quality. Authors should prepare and retain research data for a reasonable period after publication.

Originality and Plagiarism
Authors must ensure their work is original and properly cited to avoid plagiarism. Islamic Economic Journal Rahmazar only accepts manuscripts with a similarity score below 35%.

Multiple, Redundant, or Concurrent Publication
Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal simultaneously is strictly prohibited.

Acknowledgment
Proper acknowledgment must be clearly written at the end of the manuscript. Individuals or institutions that contributed but do not meet authorship criteria should still be recognized. Authors must also declare that there are no conflicts of interest.

Authorship
Authorship is limited to individuals who made significant contributions to the manuscript, including its conception, design, and analysis. Co-authors should include those involved in data collection or processing. One author should be designated as the corresponding author, who ensures that all authors approve the final version and agree to its publication.

Conflicts of Interest and Disclosure
Authors must declare any financial support and disclose any potential conflicts of interest. This information must be included in the acknowledgment section.

Fundamental Errors in Published Works
If authors discover a significant error in their published work, they are obligated to promptly notify the editorial team and cooperate in correcting the issue.

Editorial Duties

Fairness
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on intellectual merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political beliefs.

Confidentiality
The editorial team must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, or editorial advisors. Reviewers will receive anonymized manuscripts that do not contain author details.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Editors must not use unpublished materials from submitted manuscripts for their personal research without the author’s written consent.

Publication Decision
The decision to publish a submitted manuscript is made by the editorial board based on the work’s quality, validity, and relevance. Legal requirements on libel, copyright, and plagiarism will also be considered. The editors may consult with reviewers or editorial board members when ethical concerns arise.

Manuscript Review
Each manuscript undergoes an initial evaluation by the editor for originality. The editor must manage a fair and rigorous peer-review process and select appropriate reviewers who have relevant expertise and no conflicts of interest.

Reviewers’ Duties

Contribution to Editorial Decisions
Reviewers assist the editorial board in making decisions and may help authors improve their manuscripts through constructive feedback.

Promptness
Reviewers who feel unqualified to review a manuscript or are unable to provide a timely review should inform the editor and withdraw from the process.

Objectivity
Reviews must be conducted objectively. Personal criticism is inappropriate, and feedback should be clear and supported with arguments.

Confidentiality
All manuscripts must be treated as confidential documents and must not be shared or discussed with others without editor approval.

Conflict of Interest and Disclosure
Reviewers must not use information from the manuscript for personal advantage. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed, and reviewers must avoid evaluating manuscripts where such conflicts exist.

Acknowledgment of References
Reviewers should identify any relevant literature that the authors may have overlooked. Any indication of plagiarism or significant similarity with other works should be reported to the editor.
