JOURNAL HISTORY

Islamic Economic Journal Rahmazar is a scholarly journal managed by Yayasan Rahmazar Kurnia Jaya, Indonesia. The journal was first published in 2025 in response to the growing need for an academic platform to disseminate research in the field of Islamic economics and business. From its inception, the journal has aimed to serve as a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to publish high-quality scholarly works both theoretical and practical related to the development of Islamic economic thought and Sharia-based business practices.

To align with international standards and enhance global visibility, Islamic Economic Journal Rahmazar uses English as its primary language of publication. This strategic move is intended to expand the journal’s impact, accessibility, and contribution at the international level, while encouraging broader collaboration among scholars worldwide. Publishing in English enables the journal to reach a wider academic audience and play a more prominent role in the global discourse on Islamic economics and business.

Islamic Economic Journal Rahmazar is published periodically in March and November, and covers a range of topics, including:

  • Islamic Economics

  • Islamic Banking and Finance
